Shipping Policy
SHIPPING. We ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. It takes usually 2-5 business days to delivery within Continental US. If you need rush shipping (1 or 2 days Guarantee), please, contact our sales department. You can see shipping charges after creating account, but before complete checkout process.
SHIPPING CHARGES. We can revise shipping charges in case if weight of item(s) is exceeded 10 lbs. Real shipping charges depend on weight, size and delivery address. Our shipping calculator counts shipping charge according total price of shopping cart, so real charges may be vary. If we need to revise this charges (in case if they are extremely higher than shows by shipping calculator), we always contact our clients regarding this matter before shipping.
MINIMUM ORDER: no minimum.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: shipping and handling charges are calculated individually for each order. You can contact us regarding shipping via Feedback Form. You need to enclose in quote request:
- All product SKU numbers.
- The total number of items for each SKU.
- Your complete and exact shipping address.
- A phone number and email address where you can be reached for questions and information.
Returning Policy
RETURNS: No item will be accepted for return after 20 days from date of delivery. All returns must be labeled with a return authorization number which can be obtained from our sales service department. Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short. All returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. Claims for shortage, breakage or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: Orders may be canceled without charge providing your request is received prior to shipment. If the merchandise has been shipped there will be up to a 20 % restocking fee, plus all freight charges incurred. Please get cancellation conformation to avoid these charges.
OTHER ORDER INFORMATION: We reserve the right to split shipments. Where available, substitutions will be shipped if the product ordered is not available or discontinued.
Purchase Orders Policy
US Merchants Group, Inc gladly accepts purchase orders from government agencies, hospitals, education organizations, public schools and nursing facilities. Some revision may be necessary for purchase orders from medical offices. Our office will be glad to work with your medical office to create a purchase order. All orders are subject to approval by US Merchant Group, Inc.
Minimum Order:
All purchase orders must meet or exceed our $40 minimum order.
Shipping:
We cannot accept third party shipping accounts, private purchase orders or personal purchase orders. Please include the following information for each purchase order:
- Purchase order number.
- Date.
- Company Name.
- Shipping address.
- Billing address.
- Name of contact person
- Signature of authorized personnel.
International Orders Policy
US Merchant Group, Inc welcomes international orders. Please be aware of the following guidelines.
Payment Options
Credit/Debit cards
US Merchant Group gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards from cardholders from West Europe, some Caribbean Islands, Canada and Mexico. We can only ship to the address which matches your billing address. All orders are subject to approval by US Merchant Group, Inc.
Paypal
Paypal is available to residents of the USA, UK, and Canada. A shipping address confirmed by Paypal is required.
Wire Transfers
Residents of all other countries may use the wire transfer option.
Other important information
For all international orders, the amount cannot exceed $2,000 USD. If your order total exceeds this amount, please contact our customer service representatives for more information.
International orders are generally subject to import duties and taxes specific to each location. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties required.
International orders require approval of our Accounting and Fraud Prevention Department.
Should you need to return an item to us from an international order, you are considered the exported from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt of the merchandise. UPS can assist you, for a fee, in the recovery of taxes and duties. Please contact UPS directly to initiate this service.
